Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
monday.com has helped all our staff have a central place for information and work more collaboratively as a department. We manage over 150 events and services a year, plus dozens of projects, and it helps keep everything straight. We're also starting to dive into using the Forms feature to help expedite and streamline the intake of needs from other departments within our organization.
Pros

Cons
- Some of the new features need improvements. I.e. the Quotes/Invoices app is still very basic
- Syncing items across multiple boards
- Calendar integration with Outlook needs improvement.
- It has helped us avoid missing things when multiple people are capable of completing a task, as we can assign and update each other on progress.
- It has helped our upper leadership to see a high level scope of things, to better determine how we manage projects and events moving foward.
- It's setup our department to be better prepared for future hires.
I've never had it be laggy, slow, crash, or difficult to access. It's been quite reliable!
