Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

As an NPO, we utilize Monday for task management and reporting in marketing, grants, and events. We have several offices, so this allows all staff to communicate and collaborate seamlessly on projects and reduce the number of back and forth emails that were previously being sent. Monday.com has so many capabilities that we have barely scratched the surface in what all it can do. We've been using this for about 2 years now, and it's a complete gamechanger for managing our marketing workflow which can be a lot supporting 10+ office locations. No one can remember everything that's happening all at once, so I really appreciate all of the automation options and features using your inbox and "my work" to guide the to-dos for your day. You truly can build your workspaces to be exactly what you need them to be. Oh, and for non-profits, the pricing is incredble!

As long as you go in looking at it as a task manager or checklist, it's easy to use and add to as you learn more of the features.
Everyone I've worked with has been great. But they have also been clear that as a Pro user, there is a limit to what they will help with and from there, they just refer you to training videos. It would be nice that if you are a paying customer, you get at least 1 consultation to help get your workflow set up.
I have rarely had issues with something not working. The one bigger instance we had, Monday.com team was on immediately and it was fixed within a few days.

If you're looking for a way to manage your work, assign or collaborate on tasks with others, or work off of a checklist, this is the tool for you! I've tried other tools like Asana, Trello, and slack -- for marketing purposes I feel that Monday.com fits the needs of any team trying to manage incoming requests and projects.

I have not used the CRM features, so am not sure on how that ranks against other options.
