As an NPO, we utilize Monday for task management and reporting in marketing, grants, and events. We have several offices, so this allows all staff to communicate and collaborate seamlessly on projects and reduce the number of back and forth emails that were previously being sent. Monday.com has so many capabilities that we have barely scratched the surface in what all it can do. We've been using this for about 2 years now, and it's a complete gamechanger for managing our marketing workflow which can be a lot supporting 10+ office locations. No one can remember everything that's happening all at once, so I really appreciate all of the automation options and features using your inbox and "my work" to guide the to-dos for your day. You truly can build your workspaces to be exactly what you need them to be. Oh, and for non-profits, the pricing is incredble!

I have rarely had issues with something not working. The one bigger instance we had, Monday.com team was on immediately and it was fixed within a few days.
