Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday makes organization more easy. It also allows you to focus more on the main KPIs or to follow any new projects in terms of when you launch a new system, follow procedures, updates, follow the progress from your team. It also helps to receive request and replace other system might need time, money to apply. You can decide you can see the board. You can create reports bases of your results and automate all your boards.

Easy to use and you have always video tutorials for new design or new updates from the website.
Didn't use a lot the Support but when I had an issue the answer was super fast, friendly and clear message to understand the solution.

If you have a team it will help you to organize the task and main goals. For projects to know the strcture and steps you should give and to make everyone update. If you are planning to see reports and also see how efficiency was the task you can have metrics and relevant information to take it.
