Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Marketing is a multitasking web. Things could get very confusing with everyone's tasks and responsibilities. monday.com offers the solution to organization and tracking that makes sure everyone knows what they are responsible for, their due dates, where files are, updates and more. The boards help keep everything organized and easy to find. I love that I can hide complete tasks so it doesn't bog up my work board.

Pros

  • The week and next week preview makes life so easy to see what's coming and plan accrordingly.
  • The boards with items and subitems so we can break everything down
  • The updates within each task so that everyone on the task can communicate with each other about updates or changes needed.
  • Notifying everyone on the task when someone updates something is amazing, it ensures that we are able to address anything right away.

Cons

  • As with any platform, there are times when the program doesn't load quickly or has missing items on tasks that haven't been updated.
  • If I mark a task as done on accident, it takes a lot of time to find it. An undo button would save me time and stress.
  • monday.com makes it easy to assign tasks, with due dates, and saves us hours every week that we don't have to spend on trying to keep up with everyone and their tasks.
  • With the ability to be notified immediately of any issues on a project, we are able to fix problems quickly, keeping any fallout to a minimum.
  • The project management boards keep everything so organized that we don't have to worry about missing items and running behind schedule.
monday.com is amazing, but there is ALWAYS room for improvement. A 9 means that I love the program, and use it all day, everyday of the week, but I want to see monday.com adapt to needs to customers and make necessary changes as needed to stay up to date and relevant.
I haven't needed customer support regularly so a 10 would be disingenuous. I don't have enough experience to speak on this. But seeing as I haven't needed much customer support, an 8 seems appropriate.
monday.com is my lifeline for the week at work. I can add tasks as they arise, keep track of my progress and use the update feature to ask for assistance or assets. I can create templates that make assigning tasks easier and faster. I can follow an entire task with subitems to make sure that everything is getting done on time. I am barely scratching the surface with monday.com and I am pleased with all the capabilities offered.

If your organization is struggling with keeping track of assignments and due dates, in the most basic use of monday.com, you would have your solution. monday.com offers the ability for everyone on an assignment to communicate updates and changes and pings everyone immediately so that issue can be addressed right away.
