Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use monday.com to manage the domestic transportation of our company's operations. It is an excellent tool, both for management and for operational monitoring of other employees. We list several problems, linked to related solutions that can be used in the form of a record (database), as well as forms of preventive and corrective control through system automation.

Usability

Several ready-made models, for easy use in different areas of the company, making it possible to integrate tables between departments, use and easy modeling through several collaborators who can only see, but can also edit, move, create, modify elements, and several others variables listed in the system. This way, even if they don't know how to use it, there is nothing to worry about, due to the easy intuition and learning that the system provides.

Support Rating

I had to use the support very little until today, due to the previous topic, which is the easy management and intuition in relation to learning and how to use the system. In the rest, it's pretty cool, and apart from the support, we also have the Sinergis team available, through the youtube channel, which is a specialized team with the aim of helping anyone who seeks knowledge free of charge.

Reliability & Availability

Excellent performance, we left the management carried out through spreadsheets only, for a completely different management with aspects and inclusion of quality tools, which allowed the mass monitoring of current processes, as well as old processes, which also despite being archived , are data and represent great value for analysis and future decision-making for various departments.
