We started using monday.com for its project management features and templates but quickly understated the high value this platform can bring to our company. Now we have different processes and use cases distributed through the company on monday.com, like ticket management, small ERP systems or innovation processes. In my personal perspective, monday.com is essential for my project management task. Also i'm already developing some use cases like the ones described for other company departments.
