Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I use monday.com to help with project management between myself and team members. It allows me to quickly locate project details. latest status, pricing, vendor info, etc. By using monday.com, I am able to take time off without needing to worry if the work will get done as my team has insight directly into all projects and pertinent detail without missing a step and our clients do not see any delay from our side.

  • Not importing signature images into Files section
  • easier of project management boards
  • ease of co-worker collaboration
Still learning all the features monday.com has to offer but thus far I have been very happy with how much monday.com has been able to simplify and streamline my job. There are some functionality I need to learn and I expect monday.com to continue improving on.
I have not had to use 24/7 customer support yet
monday.com has simplified my day-to-day tasks and I am able to manage my workload more efficiently.

monday.com works very well with project management, ease of keeping up on project status between team members, and location project specifications.

I would like to see monday.com be able to have automations where specific info in X board can be automatically imported into a separate board. Another feature that would be nice is a section of 'locked info' that is client-specific that is listed whenever said client project is created.

For example: Client ABC must issue PO prior to order being placed. When a new project is started and that client is listed, a note or warning of some sort is automatically added to the project stating a PO must be issued
