monday.com is a complete solution for an architecture and interiors office. While the team of architects and managers manage projects, tasks and schedules, record history, quality control, I use monday.com to manage the back-office areas of the company. I designed tailor-made financial boards to organize the flow of payments and cash, and monitor the profitability of each project in real time, with integrated dashboards. And as new businesses, I created boards with forms that optimize proposal requests, through automation, and that help define values for new proposals. In addition, I organize the archiving of orders and data for each client, with different levels of access and privilege for each person of the team, for more efficient management of suppliers and project budgets. I also created boards for human resource management, with forms for screening potential team hires, and with extensive training content for onboarding new employees. Highly recommend.
