Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

It provides a one stop shop for all documents and communications on a project so that is incredibly helpful for international teams and cross-functional roles. monday.com is also very versatile so when business needs arise and require me to modify a board or workflow, it's easy to do so without losing all current progress on that board/item.

Pros

  • User friendly interface
  • easy ability to add/edit fields and their placement on the board
  • easy ability to move boards and items around

Cons

  • More flexibility and access to create dashboards without needing so many external tools
  • ability to create reference docs inside of a board, or a notes/cheat sheet section at the top of a board that doesn't have to fit the same structure as the rest of the working board
  • Better ROI because we are better able to organize projects and eliminate multiple external tools
  • Time savings
  • Easy setup
I chose this product over many other tools because of the user friendly functionality. That ease of use make it more promising that my team will adopt the new tool too. And utilize it to meet their unique workflows and needs.
I haven't had to use the customer support much but I trust that it is good.

I love the user friendly aspects of monday.com because it reduces the friction when onboarding a new tool to many team members. If it's easy to use they are more likely to adopt it into their workflows, not to mention the fact that monday.com has the ability to handle multiple workflows all in the same space.
