Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use it as a way to centralize our data, forms, pending documents and queues
Pros
- Creates easy to view lists on all boards
- calendars are easy to manage
- boards help different teams in the organization create tasks
Cons
- UX
- I use it for social media and the ux is awful I need something more visually appealing and accessible for photo and file management
- Need more previews in ux and boards that let you see day by day items
- integrate other applications to reduce going back and forth
- Printing gets backed up maybe notifications on unresolved items
- Increased employee adoption
- syncing it to other softwares like Canva, google docs, adobe etc
I think for the things I have used it for it has been reliable and has worked with my small intermediate team but my bosses feel the need to approve all my content - which delays a ton of processes.
