Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Planning and organizing large and small scale initiatives using boards, creating sprint boards for extra small teams, keeping tack of to-dos. It tends to capture the more granular tasks than we capture on Jira

Pros

  • easy to create a board from scratch
  • color coding
  • copying existing boards

Cons

  • uploading from spreadsheets
  • searching for existing boards
  • organization of board within a company
  • time savings
  • easier set up of project management boards
We need more automation. For example, if a contractor pushes back a date we need to be able to easily change the rest of the dates
they called us to answer a question
I haven't had any reliability issues
