Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

My company uses monday.com differently in each department we have here. From corporate office use to production floor uses we have 25+ work spaces in our account. monday.com has solved many of our communication problems, with monday.com we are all capable of updating each other of any news or reports. This platform has become a very useful part of our everyday uses and has made our production more efficient.

  • monday.com App needs improving for production floor tablets. Some bugs when uploading pictures, sometimes 3-5 images get uploaded sometimes.

I give this a 9/10 because there are many ways to create different boards with different interactions but as far as I know my company doesn't use many of these they aren't as useful to us. From the ones that we do use they have helped enormously.
Have never had an big issue where I needed to contact customer service but I believe it would be great! I get many emails on updates and/or changes that keep me up to date with the platform.
Our company keeps growing and as we grow we run into more unexpected problems. One of our biggest problems we have run into is being able to communicate with each other with updates, reports, traceability, new products and much more. With monday.com we have been capable of organizing our data and keeping it safe within our company and have been better than ever. We have been using monday.com for more than a year and we have been using the most of it from updates to automations and have almost 25+ work spaces for different departments of our company. monday.com is an easy use for everyone in our company and has many different uses that are helpful to make our company as efficient as possible. We have been able to create boards for team member on the production floor, quality control, customer service, maintenance team, production managers and the CEO. I fully recommend monday.com for any company who wants an easy to use platform to keep their data organized.

monday.com has helped keep track of very important data when it comes to traceability. It has also help production floor stay on track with their reports and data. Most people in our company don't have much knowledge of technology uses but monday.com is easy to use. One thing I would like to see is different views depending on the user/account. For example, a production coordinator can see everything going on behind scenes while production managers can only view what is important to them only.
