Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com to manage the workloads and timelines for our clients. Various teams can check in on the progress of each assignment and comment and tag each other as needed.We keep all of the client’s information in monday.com so it is the main hub for our teams to locate what they need. We also use monday.com to manage billing as well as the workloads of various employees. And finally, we use monday.com to help with our database management as well. monday.com is our main hub for organizing and communicating with one another.

monday.com is very user friendly. You need a ton of expertise to navigate the software and explore the various features. The integrations and automations save a ton of time and made our team much more efficient.
Support is great and has helped us in the past when we are stuck. I gave it slightly less than ten because I think a faster response time would be helpful, but overall I think the monday.com support is great.
monday.com is a great tool. I would recommend it for any team, any business, any industry. It is very reliable. We have only experienced issues maybe twice and they were resolved within an hour or two. Overall, it has been a great experience.

I think monday.com is great for tracking the progress of any work being done for clients and managing the workloads of employees. We use monday.com for everything and find it very useful so I can’t comment on areas where monday.com would not be appropriate because it is appropriate for everything we need it for.
