Use Cases and Deployment Scope

In my personal case, I've been using monday.com for a business transformation in Talent Acquisition process developing a whole system to automate metrics for business insights. My scope was to generate recruitment pipelines for each opportunity in the business with an easy access to all our stakeholders, allowing them to check on every stage of the process & develop better strategies to reduce our TTF and every metrics related to the area. As a plus, It's helping us to manage new projects using their PM boards and connecting with our current projects. It's awesome how fast we can improve organizational changes with the right developments on the software.

Usability

I love it, since it allows to integrate and connect multiple 3rd party softwares as Jira, Drive, Mailing & automate tasks between them. It's awesome hoy easy we can manage all the documentation, fast mailing using the automations of each board and get notified every person involved in the process, the easy exports in different database formats to get the input on tools as BI, and much more! Nothing to complain here.

Support Rating

Never needed, but I got a helpful and fast process on my purchase and implementation, but I saw they have a open channel for customer service when needed.

Reliability & Availability

In the last 8 months of 2023, it changed 180% the path and generated trust on every single user of the software thanks to their easy use, the fast and the huge capacity to develop new boards, modules y automate them for the business. I love this tool.
