My company use it to supervise and organise all operational issues and callouts in a very massive building.
Pros
- keep track of callouts
- keep track of issues and update all parties involve
- come up with lists of items that needs to be completed
Cons
- clarity in how to add people on boards
- It makes sure our team is able to keep track of all issues and is updated on them all
It just the perfect tool for us to be kept in the loop for all operational issues and projects in our building.
