The system is very easy to use and resources to setup automations and understand how to better utilize the system.
I have never had to use customer support and the online resources are great.
There have only been a handful of times that the system was down and I was still able to get into the information so it did not really impact me.

I always recommend monday.com to co-workers, there are employees that still operate on paper and this is a great opportunity to get away from paper and keep yourself organized. I love the ability to organize data in a fun way!
