We use monday.com boards to help our clients track progress with their projects as well as for us to assign them tasks. One drawback is reporting. There is not a way for us to pull a consolidated report for all projects by team member to analyze usage and timing of project. We also use boards for internal training, accountability and easy of tracking, this has proven to be useful for us with new hires.
