Use Cases and Deployment Scope

i use monday.com to track sales leads and update them. There are multiple people within the business that use monday.com for all different reasons. It mainly help us stay organized and up to date of sales leads. i think its been a huge asset to the company and function of the sales department.

Pros and Cons

filtering works well
colour coordination

can be slow to load leads
i would like to be able to see what other people are doing on there like in other spreadsheets

monday.com is very reliable, the only fault is that it can be slow in loading the automated leads on the system. otherwise i can count of it everyday.

monday.com has been very easy to use when i am on the phone to a client and quickly have to search for them it comes up straight away no matter what i am using to search for them whether it is simply the phone number they're calling on, this is the main reason i would recommend. The folders feature is handy so we can track what stage all out clients are in with the survey process so there is no confusion or overlaps. I do think being able to see where my colleagues are so we can ensure there is no cross overs.
