Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

My company uses monday.com to streamline our business. I handle every marketing request through monday.com, and it has made our processes more efficient and effective. The product addresses organization issues, timeliness, accountability, and more. We have loved using monday.com for all of our internal processes and will continue to use the platform.

I think monday.com makes everything easier and sets you up for success in your goals, whether business or personal. It has amazing tools that allow you to stay organizes and on track, as well as making sure your team is as well. monday.com has made our business easier to manage.
In my experience, monday.com is fast with their customer service responses and do not leave you without assistance. Although I have not perosanlly had to speak with a representative, my colleagues always are assured by monday.com that their issues will be resolved in a timely manner. We have never had issues with cutomer service with monday.com.
I think the "automations" of monday.com make it easy to never miss a step. Any time there is a change on monday.com, I can count on a notification that then allows me to go straight to the request or mention and work from there. Every now and then, when I use the "completed" action, it takes a second for the request to transfer under the completed tab, but other than that all features work great.

Ithink if you are needing a platform to keep your company or team more organized, focused on tasks, and have everything in one place, monday.com is the place for you. It has greatly changed the way our company does business and keeps people accountable for thier tasks. Everyone is able to contribute and see where projects are, timeline on things, etc.
