Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com to organize tasks by project and by individual. It's easy to keep track of individual actions and progress.

Pros

  • Colorful labels for actions/progress tracking
  • Many unique options to organize Monday to fit your business needs
  • Easy to learn the program
  • Aesthetic appeal helps with organization

Cons

  • Ability to view recent actions on mobile devices
  • Ability to edit original comments on mobile devices
  • Easier way to search for archives
  • Add notifications for desired status labels and/or high priority tasks
  • Increased employee productivity
  • Saving time on task -follow up
  • Saving time on communication
Monday.com really has everything I need with the exception of the mobile app lacking some features the website does offer (such as viewing actions history, and finding archived information is difficult although I do appreciate this feature).
I have not contacted Monday support thus far.
Monday updates fast and sends notifications quickly and efficiently. This has allowed our staff to work on projects in a timely manner and stay up to date. In addition, the staff can easily see what the whole team is working on which helps our team achieve goals together and understand the scope.

Monday.com is perfect for keeping an organized log of actions and owners of actions. Being able to set due dates helps our team achieve goals on time. Communicating via the comments section keeps our communication streamlined based on action and has reduced our need to constantly send emails back and forth. It is less appropriate for large projects that involve document sharing.
