Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I like how I can create Boards and Groups for my tracking. I use it for my excel sheets and covert to monday.com for my past due accounts. I use it with other team member to check of assignments that need to be done. I use it mostly for my checks and balances with clients accounts

Pros

  • I like how easy it make my job to check off things that are done
  • I like we can communicate with other departments about a client
  • I like how we can assign a message or a clients need to a team member

Cons

  • Would love for it to be able to create Invoices and send them through monday.com
  • Would like to use a task list
  • Would like to see a graph pf my job done not just for managers
  • Helps make my job easier
  • Helps with organization
  • Helps me create a board specially for my needs in work
It is way better than other Client software I have used in past and my sister at NADAQ , I have heard about monday.com for a long time and I am excited to use it and make it meet my work needs. I cant wait to learn more and hope eventually we can create invoices In monday.com
I dont use the customer service. If we have an issue we go to the admins of monday.com and they do the research. I have not heard any complaints and seem to be making adjustments as we move on with monday.com. I am sure what it looks like today wont be the same in future
monday.com is faster than working the I have in past. Being able to convert my spread sheets in monday.com and as each thing is done I can mark it Done, or in process. I can name the tabs and add the tabs. It makes Excel the past and monday.com just works for my lists

Not really great for Accounting I would have loved to use monday.com for billing my clients and invoicing them in one system instead I have to use three. That maybe a company decision. Love the color option for each group. Makes it feel less boring than using excel spread sheets you can get lost on spread sheets,
