Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We love monday.com. We've set it up to be our CRM and task management software in addition to keeping track of our internal to do lists. It helps us stay on track. It is easy to set up after some education and the support staff is very responsive. The training courses are great and help those who are beginners as well as advanced users. The monday.com team has done a great job of anticipating business needs regardless of industry.

- reporting is still fairly limited or difficult to code
- The world clock feature is difficult to use. It would be nice to be able to put in the exact country or address of our contacts and have it pull up the appropriate time.

The search feature on boards is not currently working correctly so that's frustrating. We have to sort our board and then go in alphabetical order to find what we're looking for. This is a HUGE time suck. Other than that, love the software.
