Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com has been incredibly helpful to stay organized on all tasks. We use it as a to-do list, a CRM, and reminders all in one. The integration ability with other applications is also very helpful.

Pros

  • Visually appealing
  • Easy to use
  • Many functions for various needs

Cons

  • Overall, I have no complaints
  • I would like to be able to customize automations for specific things
  • Easier setup of project management boards
  • Intuitive way to keep track of all customer interactions
  • Time savings because everything you need is in one place
It is easy (and fun) to use and visually appealing. It is not stressful to play around with new functions and try things out.
