We start using monday to cover the necesity of track the day to day task and follow up from all the sales team with our customers. Then we achive to give complete visibility to our sales director, and is more easy to keep updated the relationship between us and all our customers.

we decided to start using monday because we didnt had a platform of CRM for aour activities, so each one from our team use to have their own excel file with their own sistem to track their tasks. So monday let us put everything together in just une site to avoid lose informations and integrate our teams properly.
