We use it for managing internal leads, sales, and job progress.

  • Less crashing
  • Easier to keep track of details
  • Nice for the team to see everything in once place
  • Clients don't get emailed twice or missed
The templates aren't super helpful for us, we made our own.
support has been pretty helpful when we needed it.
