My thinking about monday.com
Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use it for the production department, sending to production, following the status of the orders, and receiving from them, once they're completed from our production department we finish with that order on monday.com. We also use it for sharing orders that are being followed also by big customers, when want to know the exact status that they are. And also last thing but not less important, we use it to track our goals for the week to discuss in our meeting.

- Send advises over slack, notifications and emails to us when something is running late
Cons
- lag on updates
- Some carriers don't show delivery updates on Monday
- Sometimes do slow movements on items.
- Time is valuable, so saving time is saving money
- Communication with clients, when they see the progress, they feel comfortable and that give us more money in the future.
- the easy way of teaching other employees the way of use, saves time and money
The overall performance is good, not perfect because I don't think a big platform would be perfect, but it's good enough for you to have all of your needs covered, or at least most of them. The only bad things are the lags and sometimes don't update some things that we ask to, or even dates that are connected with other platforms that don't update or go back to the old dates after you update them.
