Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Within our company we use monday.com for multiple uses including managing projects and tasks as well as internal and client communication.

Pros

  • monday.com's structure is of groups, threads, subitems allow it to be very organized
  • monday.com has large filter capabilities that is extremely helpful to find what you need

Cons

  • notification are heavy and things can get lost
  • my work section can become cluttered
  • deadlines are glitchy to input
  • time management across the company
it has a learning curve and everyone uses it differently
I have not used the support
It keeps me up to date with my workflow
