Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Each of our account managers has a number of projects to track and monitor for each of their clients. Monday.com allows our team keep a pulse on these different tasks and projects at all times. We love the visibility it gives our clients in the status, steps and timeline of each of these projects. We love that it allows our team and their clients to interact and communicate about their projects.

So easy to use. Very intuitive. Integrated easily with the things we wanted it to integrate with. Our clients enjoy the transparency of project and task status and ability to the communicate and collaborate. We love being able to quickly create new custom dashboard for any purpose or project. The customization of each board is great and gives us the flexibility we need to meet the requirement of each our client projects.
I have never needed support to this point in three years.
Monday.com performance has always been top notch. I haven't really noticed any downtime that impacted our work. It's a super reliable platform.

Monday.com is a very easy tool to use for project and task management. I love being able to quickly view a project through a few different lenses whether as a list of a Gantt Chart or Pie Graph. The transparency of the tool is great. We use it from an account manager perspective and it gives our team and easy way to track all the task and projects they have for client.
