Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com as a project m management tool and as a CRM. We work on multiple projects at once and collaborate with hybrid teams. We utilize monday.com to track and assign projects. We also use monday.com as a CRM to trace leads, send emails, and score leads.

monday.com was very easy to integrate and use. Most staff members use the platform daily and as a means to organize events, projects, and tasks. We haven't used any of the add-ons, but I am intrigued by the thought of seeing what else we could streamline by the use of additional templates and features.
I have never had to use the support function, so I gave monday.com a 10. This shows they take customer feedback, quickly implement changes, and create a sophisticated, user-friendly platform.
We have been using monday.com for over two years now. This was our first project management software, so I don't have a comparison. The platform's functionality seems to check all of the boxes we needed it for. Now we are just looking at integrating other needs into the platform like email automation, lead scoring, billing, and such.

I think that if you are looking for a project management tool, monday.com is a great option. I use monday.com to collaborate externally with my graphic design team and marketing agency. Additionally, we use monday.com internally to collaborate on projects and tasks. In my experience, this is a great tool to stay organized, collaborative, and functioning for any hybrid schedule.
