Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it for project management, time tracking, task tracking, and workflow checklist. Practically, it give ease to our everyday work.

I understand that it is still a work in progress and continuous improvement, but of all of the tools I used, monday.com is the furthest easiest tool to use in collaborating with the team. The automation and reminder is a big plus. Export still needs improvement.

Support Rating

Support is not as fast as expected but we rarely use it.

Same as I previously mentioned, it made our work much easier specially with the automation.
