Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use it to organize various types of projects. Before, we really had no way of tracking or organizing tasks. We have since expanded across several departments and people have also started created personal boards to organize their own work.
Pros
- The UI is very appealing and user friendly
- The automations are great
- It has a lot of great features like monday.com docs and forms
- It has a lot of integrations with other programs
Cons
- The Jira integration could use a little tweaking.
- Increased employee adoption
- increased visibility of progress for stakeholders
The overall perfomance is impressive. I don't have any issues with lagging or anything like that. No complaints.

Yes. We use the boards and tag owners to tasks from team across the company and it enables us to hold team members accountable. We found this really helps our engagement among various teams.
I would rate it a 10.
When I was looking for project management software for Spectrio, monday.com had the most robust set of features and it has not let us down so far.
Using monday.com
50 - We have everyone from Executive Leadership to customer service. So far our HR, Product, Production, Sales, and Customer Support teams are using it.
1 - right now it's just me but we're looking to train one of our business systems admins on it.
- Reporting progress to ELT
- Tracking projects and facilitating collaboration
- Keeping track of personal to do's
- We have used it to create a tracker for critical issues for high revenue clients that is visible to ELT and all teams collaborate on it. It has really helped keep us organized.
- We could use it to track financial and budgetary goals. That's one thing we haven't done yet.

No. We are planning to upgrade to the enterprise plan in the future and hope to be able to utilize the onboarding.
Yes. There was one instance when I was struggling to figure out an issue with an automation and needed to present it to the executive team. One of the team members reached out quickly and walked me through it.
