Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com as a project management tool that connects our global teams.

Pros

  • Intuitive functionality
  • Large library of integrations

Cons

  • Web-based sharing with non-users
  • Time savings via improved project management
I work with a team with a wide range of computer skillsets and we rarely run into issues that someone cannot understand how to use the tool.
I personally have not used customer support. I know others on our team have and I don't recall hearing of any issues.
monday.com has become a tool we work in daily. We have not encountered any issues with downtime or overall reliability.
