Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com is our main project management software. We use monday.com to assign, track, and communicate on all tasks within our company. All members of our staff use monday.com successfully and it is our go-to for all internal processes. Whether we're onboarding a new client, checking off items from our personal to-do lists, or tracking feature requests and bugs, monday.com is everything we need to get things done.

Overall, monday.com is everything my small team needs. Having worked for larger teams on much bigger projects with a lot of moving parts, monday.com might not be the best fit. It's a great fit for us! I know there's some features we're currently not using that we could benefit from... need to spend some time going over those and learning more so I can then train my team on streamlining our processes even more - there's always room for improvement!
I need to utilize monday.com customer support - I haven't yet!

monday.com is well suited for day-to-day tasks and communication across teams. Everyone on our team has access to the status of various projects and groups so they can check things out for themselves and not have to ask another team member. it's great for the internal management of teams and tasks as well as to-do lists and assigning tasks to those outside your immediate team. For major projects with a big scope and lots of team members, monday.com might not be the best fit. monday.com is great for small teams.

monday.com & Collaboration

Yes. Our sales team tracks the progress of all sales, our tech team manages feature requests and bugs, our operations team onboards new clients and handles all operational tasks, our customer and client services department manages all support requests, and our whole team collaborates on internal processes and company goals/to-dos etc.
9 - For smaller one-off projects, great!
Having used monday.com for small projects on a small team, it's great.
