monday.com is my daily activity tracker. It keeps me on the loop of the most recent updates of my team and future projects as well. We run every project here, 1:1 and also items for discussion on the agenda
- Keep track of evert single item
- Automations that are a game changer
- Intercommunication between different boards
- Customized notifications
- Keep everything in 1 place
- Automations are limited to updates it woud be nice to update any siingle column if needed (tags for instance)
- Positive impact on the team as everyone now has a project or task tracking here
Is a game changer, I used Jira a lot and it was over complex and too rigid, this one is super helpful
