Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Organizes our quarterly goals in addition to to do lists that need to be accessible to all employees within respective departments.

  • Manages hires and interview processes
  • Organizes projects
  • Allows cross departmental collaboration
  • Takes a long time to set up a page
  • No incognito to view other pages and not be recorded
  • Streamlining processes
  • Automation and auto population of information from surveys
I was not aware of the number of templates it has.
Was not aware of customer service functionalities.
The reliability has been solid; we have not seemingly had issues with it being down yet. Some of the automation features get a bit out of whack, but you can manually fix them.
