As the international Programs coordinator at our university, we use monday.com to manage various programs and its aspects. We manage Erasmus application by recording the data on our boards. we also track the applications from students and monitor the deadlines, so we don't miss any opportunity and take action timely.

because monday.com has AI integrated interface, it is very "smart" in terms of intuitive and easy features that you can effectively use. the automated features and user-friendly options, that can be very helpful to have. it is very functional, which provides reliable platform which many companies can successfully integrate in their work.

I like the fact that monday.com can provide user support for 24/7 because companies use this platform from over the world and considering the time zones, the support team can be needed anytime. due to the fact, that sometimes it is experiencing some lags, and issues, the accessible support team is very user friendly.

Reliability & Availability

I like the automation, features, and customizations. however, it sometimes experiencing the notification delays, or even doesn't send the notifications. otherwise, it is very reliable, works fast and doesn't cause any problems with working. even, in mobile version, it can be quite effective and do not experience freezing and shut downs, even though it is a bit confusing.

monday.com is very helpful platform to have many functions and many features in a one platform and have everything in a single platform, including the data record, file storage, deadline monitoring, communication with the teammates, keeping and storing the updates, using the monday.com pulse feature to not miss anything, search feature where I can reach the required information easily. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.
