Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I am a member of a tech startup which offers unique projects that are difficult to keep track of. Our team has several levels of experience with using applications and the user friendly interface has all of employees engaging with our company's platform from day 1.
  • Friendly to non-technical folks
  • Allows for teams to interact on a workspace
  • Variety in the type of columns
  • Offering a IDE and marketplace for customization
  • The use of activity log not being able to be exported, some of our users added data to the activity log and as a result have accidentally created a data lake on the application
  • It has allowed our team to centralize how work is rated
  • Has helped with customer case management
It was quickly picked up by our team and several members have started to create new boards/forms/workspaces using the application.
The interactions with support have always been helpful and considerate to the needs of my organization. They have been upfront about misconfigurations and how to resolve them moving forward.
We have used the application for over 6 months now and we can count on one hand the number of outages the platform has had. We are able to monitor the work done by three offices across 3 different states.
The easy of use and configuration is where monday.com has had an advantage. The ability for all our users to startup on the platform has helped to incorporate it into our enterprise environment quickly.

It is well suited for work management. It is not a good stand in for RDS or a traditional mySQL database.

It helps see pending items for remote offices and the progress of these tasks. Also aids in data management and tracking support tickets for our telecommunications platform.
