Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used SharePoint for file sharing and storage. We set up a team environment. It was used to share files within the team and make changes to the same document without saving multiple versions.

Dropbox for Business and Box

MS SharePoint has more options for sharing and editing documents. Box is similar. Dropbox is more limited but is easier to set up.
