Overall Satisfaction with Namely

The whole organization uses namely. It is our main HR organizing tool. We use it for things such as tracking pay-stubs, requestion vacation days/logging time away from the office and tracking our available days. It is also used for writing out semi-annual performance reviews, and for setting up information related to our insurance benefits.
  • It keeps everything in one place.
  • It is easy to use and has an app.
  • It lets you keep track of vacation days.
  • I wish it had a Gmail integration.
  • It helps keep all our HR-related processes in one place which has cut down the time it used to take to do HR processes.
I think that Namely works well for our organization but I haven't worked with any other products to know if there are better options on the market. It is easy enough for me to use.
