We were transitioning a portion of the team to it's own LLC with relatively short notice. The support team was able to get me connected to the right people and get a project set up so we could make the transition ahead of schedule. In addition, the team checked-in on progress throughout the project to ensure it was succeeding. And this was even during the busy times of November - December.
