Overall Satisfaction with Namely

It is being used as our HRIS, benefits, and payroll system company-wide. It addressed the business problem of freeing up more of my time and tracking organizational changes.

  • Definitely has saved time.
It works, but there are many things that are inconsistent that bother me. For example, the job title section makes no sense. In onboarding, it's a search field, but everywhere else it's a long dropdown list. And why do job titles need to be an object rather than a text box? This is just one example of issue areas.
Namely is well suited for medium-sized companies.

It's a very solid product at a good price point.

Namely Support

Namely support has always been incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any and all requests that we have. There have been many times where I encounter and error (or cause one) that they are able to resolve within 2-3 hours. Honestly it is one of the most efficient services that Namely offers.

We were transitioning a portion of the team to it's own LLC with relatively short notice. The support team was able to get me connected to the right people and get a project set up so we could make the transition ahead of schedule. In addition, the team checked-in on progress throughout the project to ensure it was succeeding. And this was even during the busy times of November - December.
