Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP
We use NetSuite for customer orders, work orders with assembly items, shipping, A/R, A/P, Inventory and financials. One difficulty we experience is item planning or forecasting based on customer demand and work orders.
Pros
- Simple user interface
- saved searches
- likability between forms
Cons
- Easier access for data availability (via SQL)
- better explanation of table relationships and layouts
- record deletion history of value
- lack of training on the new system
- limited knowledge of how to customize that we needed for our manufacturing process
- difficult to use saved searches for multi table relationships
- Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) and SAP Inventory Manager
NetSuite has a much simpler and easier user interface than the two systems listed. The flow of information is much tighter and easier to find information.
