Workday Cloud Platform and Workday Adaptive Planning

In my opinion, HCM Workday is way better. NetSuite ERP is a better transactional financial system but as a hard core accounting processes, Workday seems to be better, ie fixed assets in my opinion.

Usability

Large nonprofit and use a lot of custom segments. We are having a lot of issues with functional expense allocation due to custom segments.

Support Rating

In my experience, it takes too long to provide details back. they have access to our system, so I believe why can't they look up the details.

In my opinion, it doesn't do reconciliation well and doesn't do fixed assets well
