Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite ERP
I use NetSuite for Accounts payable invoice posting , client invoice billing , reporting , and bank reconciliation
Pros
- Bank reconciliation- able to easily reconcile accounts with match bank data and identify any discrepancies
- Invoice entry is simple and efficient as duplicate entries notifications help avoid double payments
- Aging payable reports ,being able to customize fields and grab the data you need to display
Cons
- Some improvements can be made in terms of syncing from external credit card or banks . Many time the connection breaks out of the blue.
- Would love to be able to export transactions directly from the vendor entry screen.
- we have been able to decrease duplicate entries by 50% in the last six months
- Being able to have both a PNAR functionality has made the finance department more productive and cohesive and has made reporting more efficient
- That sweet ERP system has decreased our error cost for our business buy more than $100,000 a year
For accounts payable , NetSuite far outweighs these other software and ERP platforms that I have used in the past. Speaking from someone with over 25 years accounts payable experience, you want an ERP system that is going to save time money and increase productivity. Exploring data and reports is simple with being able to export in pdf and excel formats.
