Overall Satisfaction with NetSuite OpenAir PSA
Netsuite is used across the agency for tracking expenses, managing purchase orders and invoices, as well timesheets (including managing vacation requests). Certain teams, i.e., those that manage client budgets, are more broadly using Netsuite, but organizationally, Netsuite is a valuable tool for managing time and expenses, including utilization reports across internal departments and teams.

- Easy to use to track job numbers & personnel assigned to projects
Cons
- The robust interface can be overwhelming
- Lack of training
- Ability to hide modules & sections not used by the teams
- Positive ROI from tracking time standpoint

- Negative impact on integration with other internal systems
Netsuite is a better and more scaleable solution for our agency as we have grown from just a few employees in 2001 to nearly 100 employees today. Netsuite helps us track expenses, time reporting, getting approvals on large purchases, project management from a personnel standpoint. It's also easy to use for the simpler tasks, i.e., remote access via the web and mobile app. versions.
