Overall Satisfaction with New Relic
New Relic is currently being used at a small scale in our organization, since we were using other APM products now we are evaluating New Relic with small-sized environment monitoring within it. As of now, we are monitoring our business applications, their related servers, databases, web performance, and application code tracing using New Relic.

Indeed New Relic has made it possible to monitor full-stack visibility of public, private, and hybrid application performance by allowing code level monitoring and end-points mapping of application components irrespective of their base location. It also provides visibility into the microservices components which makes it a unique product in the APM world.
New Relic dependency mapping of the application component is it Servers (Physical, Virtual, or containerized) allows us to visualize what could be the impact on the application if the respective individual components fail this capability makes migration planning and execution easier from on-premises to the cloud. Another benefit of using the new Relic is visibility into cloud services' health and scalability.
Being the SaaS product New Relic focuses on the productivity of the resources used to manage the infrastructure of monitoring tools, databases backend of the application tools manually now no need to worry about the application availability and scalability rather they focus on the service improvement and business use cases enhancement.
New Relic is competing neck to neck with other APM products in terms of capability, ease of doing business, implementation and configuration, prices, integrations, and future developments. No doubt New Relic is providing out of the box solution for business services monitoring but more importantly enablement of the end-user customers and support is also much better.
