Overall Satisfaction with Nexonia Expenses

We use Nexonia in the North American office to track expenses and process reimbursements and it's been working well for the past few years. It is very easy to submit expense reports and get approvals both from a computer or on the go. The software doesn't require any learning and is super easy to use.

  • The UI could use some facelift but it's still very good
  • Linking-unlinking photos and expense items is a bit confusing but manageable after some practicing
  • Easy to learn and use for employees
  • Precise expense tracking and easy approvals
  • Good reporting of overall expenses monthly / annually etc
Nexonia is a perfect tool to track business trip expenses and submit them to your company. Very easy to use whether it's web UI or the mobile app. The reporting system is simple and information and the approval process is beyond easy. It's the tool that does the job and it's really hard to suggest anything else. Accountants / financial managers could wish more (potentially) but for end users it is perfect.
