Overall Satisfaction with Nifty

Nifty's currently the primary software for all project management. For years I've struggled with finding a project management software that would satisfy our needs across the board, usually having to use multiple platforms. Nifty's allowed us to have everything in one central location which has streamlined processes in a huge way.

In the past we'd used Basecamp (for projects that required long-term collaboration or projects and file uploading from clients), Trello (for internal projects and SOPs), and Glip (for communication, calendar, video meetings, and tasks) together to achieve the project management and system processes needed and have replaced all three with Nifty.

The ability to create versatile, multi-view projects has been invaluable, leaving less open to being overlooked due to confusion on where the information is located. Nifty's intuitive, all-in-one platform has saved us time, confusion, and money.

Being able to have one central location for all projects has been a gamechanger.

  • Ability to break down projects and tasks with multiple variables

  • Consistently adding new features / improving software
  • It's not a pretty platform (it's extremely intuitive, but the color scheme and fonts are less than visually appealing)
  • Tasks can be broken down once into subtasks, but I'd like to see the ability to break them down infinitely
  • Due to the frequent improvements and feature upgrades, I have to re-authorize the Zoom integration from time to time - no biggie, unless realizing the need to re-authorize when needing to hop on a call
  • Extremely versatile project management
  • Ability to collaborate with others (both inside and outside of the organization)
  • Recurring tasks
  • Time-tracking for each task
  • Ease of use
  • Ability to use different view depending on type of project
  • It's paid for itself many times over in being able to use just one platform instead of paying for multiple platforms to do what Nifty does in pieces
  • The time saved from knowing all project management is in one central location
  • Time saved from having templates and the ease of use
There's no comparison. Nifty does what all of these do all in one place (with the exception of Slack's community aspect with hashtagging - not sure if Nifty can do this, never tried)

Nifty even has the ability to import directly from many other platforms - I've personally imported projects from Trello and Asana, saving tons of time in migration.

I've found myself recommending Nifty to other business owners as well as for personal use. I've personally found it to be invaluable when it comes to:
  • Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly recurring tasks
  • Creating templates for company processes such as new product creation, marketing strategy, on-boarding, quarterly goals, content management
  • Having forms zapped into a new task from multiple locations ensuring they're never overlooked
  • Having clear milestones and timelines for projects
  • Communicating on projects, tasks, and just in general
  • Assigning different components of projects to different people
  • Creating prior requirements that must be completed before completing the task
