Nimble uses a high-quality contact filtering system to segment customers. It has a simple interface and quality tools for sales, social media, and lead generation. Since its inception, our sales have increased, and clients are happier than before. Nimble allows us to be more productive. It tracks every email campaign, allowing us to create continuous comparative reports. Ideally, it would have better reporting and more storage.

The ease of use of this tool is really interesting. it is a really fantastic and reliable platform I have ever used. Moreover, Nimble has seamless integration with so many different tools like O365 portfolio and SaaS applications so that is another reason why I really like Nimble.

It is easy to use platform which is giving friendly services. Nimble has an option of group message which is really good for tracking all types of emails. Also, Nimble is great when it comes to aggregating social profiles to add to a client’s record.

Nimble is a very convenient tool with the best customer relationship management solutions. We have been using it for almost a year and a half and from the beginning til till now, we have seen our progress and our relation[ships] with our clients being strengthen[ed]. It has all the important features necessary to make things right with clients. Moreover, its email marketing feature is also beneficial for us.

Nimble has become part of our business in a very short time and management of customer relations has gone to the next level because of its features like email marketing, contact management, Pipeline management, and activity management. I would love to see it improve its reports and increase its storage capacity.

I have been using this software for a very long time in my organization, it is very easy to use with having the interface created on a very advanced module. Designed with much-modernized UI and dashboard is very pleasing to use and to have the best experience on it. Integration with other soft wares is very much amazing.

The platform has more advantages and positives as compared to challenges or negatives in comparison to other comparable products and platforms available in the marketplace. It was extremely easy to get started with the initial deployment which makes the choice much clearer. Finally its tight integration not just with Microsoft O365 suite, but also with [the] most popular social media platforms available makes it a very favorable platform in its domain.

The strength of [Nimble's] usability is that it offers a simple concept that anyone can adapt to, and therefore does not require any previous experience in using CRM services to be able to engage in making sales or managing important customer data. [Nimble] has a high caliber contact filtering system, with which it is possible to delimit customer lists with very little information. Contacts can be shared to other lists, which means that their information can also be included in the case of working with sales funnels, creating a network based on specific contacts within each funnel, or maintaining similar funnels, with only a few differences. Nimble allows you to track each email campaign that is executed, so that the results obtained in each campaign are detectable at all times, and based on them create constant comparative reports.

Nimble's work methodology makes it a good option to be able to make continuous follow-ups of everything that happens in the sales processes we carry out. We recommend it to save time when contacting customers, regardless of the channel in question, since they can be interconnected at their complete convenience. Another reason to recommend Nimble is how innovative it is to track customers on and off our sales page.

It's so easy to pick up and start using. Minimized app switching. Lots of mobile capability which is hard for heavy CRMs. It's not heavy, it isn't built for managers. It's built so end users can pick it up and use extremely quickly and start building and deepening relationships without a lot of learning curve.

While Nimble is a fantastic, cost-effective option for smaller businesses, it may begin to feel limited as your business and client base grow. Its interface is clean, simple, and relatively easy to navigate. Most of its features offer valuable metrics and insights, but some of them either don't update correctly or don't offer integrations that would make this a much more valuable product. Nimble is a solid interim choice for a business that is looking to improve its CRM, but isn't quite ready to drop the investment into Salesforce.

In terms of ease of use, this is a very intuitive system to get around in today. I have used many contact management systems over the years and this one is quite nicely laid out and easy to navigate for sales people and managers in the field to get data and use it to manage the insights found in the system.
