Overall Satisfaction with NinjaOne
We were looking for a single product to support our IT team in patching operating systems and third-party applications, asset management, remote control, reporting, and vulnerability management. NinjaOne does it all. We use NinjaOne organization-wide for all end-user devices as well as servers. The agent is lightweight and uses very minimal resources.
Pros
- Patching
- Asset Management
- Remote Control Support
Cons
- Nothing in particular. NinjaOne is constantly adding new features and updates.
- Positive impact - my team loves NinjaOne for it ease of use and its variety of features accessible from a single dashboard
It has significantly improved the user experience from my team's side as well as from the end user. Easy-to-use remote control support, ability to run commands without having the end-user impacted. Automated patching and restart notifications.
Being able to patch and update the operating system (Windows, Linux) and third-party applications allows us to remediate vulnerabilities on our end-user devices. This has improved the security posture of our IT assets. We're also able to integrate with other vulnerability assessment reports and are able to manually patch the devices using NinjaOne.
Patching of all operating systems, third-party applications is fully automated. We are also able to uninstall applications or push our registry updates in an automated manner. This saves my team a lot of manual effort and time.
NinjaOne was way superior to the other tools we tested - in terms of features, capability, support and ease of use. Pricing was also very competitive.
