Great enterprise platform for building apps, creating forms, and workflows

We are working on automating multiple manual paper-based processes and forms by taking them on SharePoint Online and using Nintex Process Platform's responsive forms and workflows. It significantly reduces the ongoing costs of manually managing these processes end to end.

We have been using the Nintex Process Platform mostly with SharePoint on-prem & SharePoint Online/Office 365. Deployment is a very important factor, as we work with multiple customers and propose Nintex Process Platform-based solutions to them. Easy procurement and deployment are equally important as using the product itself.

Apps and workflows using Nintex platform are being built and developed by IT staff but in most of the cases, these apps are built for use by non-IT staff. These may be from multiple departments including Finance, IT, Communication, etc. Automating these apps helps non-IT staff focus their time on their core work rather than doing things manually.

We have built reusable workflows like CDA for some of the common functionalities that can be used for multiple processes. This helps while we are building something new. Overall, the product's user interface is very simple and user-intuitive—gives a drag and drop interface that power users can also sometimes build simple forms.

Using Nintex Process Platform, we are able to deliver applications pretty quickly in a matter of few weeks depending on the complexity. Overall, this has significantly changed the way we used to build apps using traditional code.
